
Senior Account Executive β EHS & Compliance SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial discovery to final close.
β’ Manage incoming opportunities while also creating an outbound pipeline within key accounts and industry verticals.
β’ Conduct consultative discovery discussions centered on compliance, safety, workforce training, and operational challenges.
β’ Provide customized SaaS demonstrations and value-centric presentations.
β’ Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving EHS, HR, Operations, Compliance, and executive teams.
β’ Create ROI-focused business proposals and negotiate SaaS agreements.
β’ Keep precise forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity updated in Salesforce.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle SaaS sales opportunities from prospecting to closing.
β’ Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.
β’ Strong skills in consultative selling, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Proven experience in generating outbound pipelines and new business opportunities.
β’ Capability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools.
β’ Strongly Preferred:
β’ Experience in selling EHS, compliance, safety, workforce training, LMS, risk management, or operational software solutions.
β’ Experience in selling to industries such as manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, healthcare, transportation, logistics, or other regulated sectors.
β’ Knowledge of operational risk management, compliance initiatives, workforce development, or industrial safety environments.
