Senior Account Executive – EHS & Compliance SaaS

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial discovery to final close.

β€’ Manage incoming opportunities while also creating an outbound pipeline within key accounts and industry verticals.

β€’ Conduct consultative discovery discussions centered on compliance, safety, workforce training, and operational challenges.

β€’ Provide customized SaaS demonstrations and value-centric presentations.

β€’ Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving EHS, HR, Operations, Compliance, and executive teams.

β€’ Create ROI-focused business proposals and negotiate SaaS agreements.

β€’ Keep precise forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity updated in Salesforce.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.

β€’ Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle SaaS sales opportunities from prospecting to closing.

β€’ Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.

β€’ Strong skills in consultative selling, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.

β€’ Proven experience in generating outbound pipelines and new business opportunities.

β€’ Capability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools.

β€’ Strongly Preferred:

β€’ Experience in selling EHS, compliance, safety, workforce training, LMS, risk management, or operational software solutions.

β€’ Experience in selling to industries such as manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, healthcare, transportation, logistics, or other regulated sectors.

β€’ Knowledge of operational risk management, compliance initiatives, workforce development, or industrial safety environments.
