This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We are looking for an outstanding Senior Account Executive to generate new business revenue and cultivate lifelong customer relationships.
• As a champion of the entire sales process from beginning to end, you will leverage your innovative prospecting abilities to strategically seek out new business opportunities.

• As a member of Weflow's founding sales team, you will embody a founder's mindset and a proactive, results-driven approach in all your endeavors.
• Propel new business expansion within a greenfield territory by managing prospects from outbound outreach to closing, positioning yourself as a trusted consultative advisor; cultivate deep relationships with customers to comprehend their business goals and objectives.
• Create customized account plans for your assigned accounts that align with Weflow's overarching strategy, identifying key decision-makers, regional nuances, buying processes, current investments, and new revenue opportunities.
• Effectively articulate Weflow's value proposition to potential clients, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions.
• Conduct highly effective demonstrations with technical stakeholders such as RevOps/SFDC administrators.
• Continuously enhance and optimize messaging to scale our outbound prospecting initiatives, driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities.
• Engage and inform senior executives about the significance of the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry and affirm Weflow as the leader in this emerging market.
• This position is fully remote, but travel to customer locations may be required (up to 20%).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in selling complex SaaS solutions to Mid-Market & Enterprise clients, requiring a multi-threaded approach.
• A proven record of surpassing revenue targets exceeding $1M and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals ($100k+) within complex sales cycles (9+ months).
• Experience selling to senior leadership, including C-Suite executives, CROs, and other key go-to-market stakeholders within enterprise-level organizations (1,000+ employees).
• A hunter mentality with a fervor for and demonstrated success in acquiring new logos across diverse categories.
• Proven experience applying MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling methodology to address complex customer requirements in enterprise sales.
• Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simplified, engaging manner.
• Experience selling to RevOps and Sales Leaders is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Weflow or similar solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong product-market fit with evident market traction.
