• Take ownership and expand a designated portfolio of clients by driving growth and renewal results through proactive engagement, value-driven selling, and building relationships at the executive level.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by identifying key opportunities to enhance Lucid adoption across various teams, departments, and regions.
• Implement a fast-paced, targeted outbound strategy within existing accounts to discover new opportunities and generate additional pipeline.
• Accurately forecast and report consistently, offering clear insights into pipeline status, deal progression, and achievement to sales leadership.
• Become an expert in Lucid’s product offerings, market landscape, and customer profiles; translating technical and workflow requirements into compelling value propositions.
• Work collaboratively across teams (CSM, Marketing, Product, RevOps) to ensure customer success, optimize account engagement, and eliminate barriers to growth.
• Uphold Lucid’s core values daily, particularly Teamwork Over Ego, by sharing best practices, mentoring colleagues, and implementing scalable sales processes.
• Maintain strong operational discipline and comply with activity expectations, CRM standards, and internal service level agreements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support the objectives of the team and the company.
• Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying experience in a closing role (such as Account Executive or a similar position), preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing pipeline and quota goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for individual contributors to executive audiences.
