Senior Account Executive, Commercial, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete commercial sales process, from prospecting to closing, consistently achieving revenue targets while maintaining accountability and follow-through (**Change Agility**).

• Utilize **Data-Driven Decision Making** to oversee pipeline health, accurately forecast sales, prioritize opportunities, and assess deal risks using insights from CRM, customer signals, and performance metrics.

• Employ **First Principles Problem Solving** to thoroughly understand customer security challenges, dissect complex buying scenarios, and clearly communicate unique value based on customer outcomes.

• Exhibit **Change Agility** by swiftly adapting to changing customer needs, product capabilities, territory dynamics, and market conditions while preserving momentum and clarity.

• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at expanding HackerOne’s presence within current customers and driving new customer acquisition across the commercial segment.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to provide a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to long-term value realization.

• Work with Channel Partners in your territory to identify, cultivate, and co-sell opportunities, adjusting engagement strategies as partner tactics and market conditions shift.

• Adopt an **AI First** approach by effectively leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance prospecting, account research, deal preparation, and overall sales efficiency while practicing sound judgment and responsible use.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in software or technology sales, including experience selling to technical buyers; enterprise exposure preferred.

• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.

• Experience selling in the DACH region.

• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics to manage pipeline and performance.

• Strong capability to convey technical and business value to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and German.
