📋 Description

• Identify potential partners within your territory and cultivate impactful, long-lasting relationships that generate revenue with a diverse array of prospective clients, ranging from elected officials to leaders in the private sector. Oversee the execution and strategy for full-cycle Sales initiatives throughout your territory, striving to enhance transit solutions for your community and the surrounding regions.

• Navigate the distinctive buying landscape of your market strategically, employing strong research and analytical skills to construct persuasive, data-driven business cases for our platform while showcasing our value proposition across various sectors.

• Act as a thought partner to prospective clients by educating and consulting with them to formulate regional transit plans and identify funding opportunities within your market.

• Advocate for our mission and technology as the “face of Via” by spearheading local marketing initiatives, representing us at conferences, and consistently providing thought leadership within the mobility sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating a track record of success in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or a related field.

• As an educator, collaborator, and thought partner, you thrive in consultative sales processes and know how to leverage data to craft a persuasive narrative.

• You are a diligent and methodical researcher, drawn to complex challenges and unafraid to immerse yourself in new environments.

• With your intuitive communication skills, you effectively engage in customer discussions, product demonstrations, and written proposals, always conveying the appropriate tone and persuasively communicating your ideas.

• You possess excellent commercial acumen and sound judgment, knowing when to assert and when to concede in order to maximize the potential value of a deal.

• A dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong growth mindset, you thrive in fast-paced settings, remain undeterred by setbacks or changes, and excel in roles demanding a high level of responsibility.

• A fantastic team player, you contribute meaningfully as an individual and serve as a mentor to your colleagues, viewing achievements as collective successes and enjoying collaborative efforts.

• The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary mentioned does not include equity or variable compensation, where applicable.

• Base Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000
