This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and implement a strategic plan for the Central US, concentrating on large law firms in major metropolitan areas such as Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise accounts within the designated territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives, knowledge management leaders, and innovation teams at targeted firms.
• Utilize a consultative sales methodology to comprehend client requirements and present UniCourt's data platform as a customized solution.
• Oversee intricate deal cycles that involve implementation, integration, and partnerships with data providers.
• Work collaboratively across marketing, product, and sales leadership to enhance messaging, exchange market insights, and shape go-to-market strategies.
• Represent UniCourt at legal industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events in the Central region.
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and advancements within the Southeast legal market.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the broader objectives of the team.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a JD or MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in selling data solutions, APIs, or legal technology to large law firms.
• Proven track record and existing connections within the Southeast US legal market are highly desirable.
• Experience in selling to knowledge management, innovation, business intelligence, or information departments within large law firms.
• Knowledge of structured data solutions, including APIs, MDM, CDP, BI tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving implementation or integration partners.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the capability to work independently within a remote team.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Central territory.
