• Take ownership and expand your portfolio within the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) sector

• Act as a strategic collaborator with real estate investors and broker associates

• Utilize proprietary technology and AI resources to efficiently qualify, structure, and finalize deals

• Collaborate with our top-tier operations team to ensure smooth progression of loans through underwriting and closing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) or investment property financing

• Established and transferable portfolio of business

• Strong sales skills, relationship management, and expertise in deal structuring

• Entrepreneurial mindset, competitive spirit, and a determination to excel in a dynamic environment
