This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and strategic expansion of major Water Solutions accounts across North America.
• Operates independently on a daily basis while reporting to the Senior Sales Manager – Water Solutions.
• Cultivates and enhances strategic customer accounts within the designated territory or market segment.
• Identifies and establishes strategic partnerships with key clients in the region.
• Builds and sustains relationships with relevant governmental bodies, business associations, end-use industries, and financial institutions.
• Develops and nurtures robust relationships with high-level executives at the corporate level down to production staff at the factory level.
• Engages in negotiations regarding pricing, sales volumes, and intricate contracts for all product lines.
• Formulates sophisticated Account Plans that emphasize long-term objectives and strategies.
• Accountable for defining the strategic direction for all assigned accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, technical discipline, or an equivalent relevant field.
• At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally within the Pool or similar chemical industry.
• Must be able to travel by air or car (clean driving record required and proximity to a major airport is essential).
• In-depth knowledge of chemicals and/or the Pool Industry along with end-use process technology is crucial.
• Significant experience in high-level account management is also essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and independently, both orally and in writing, with the appropriate audience promptly.
• Excellent listening and learning abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and effective time management.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
• Above-average proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SalesForce, SAP, and other software tools.
