This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Act as the strategic leader for intricate, high-profile clients and their consultants.
• Own the renewal strategy and spearhead long-term account plans that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships and tailor messaging to influence decision-makers and position sophisticated solutions.
• Manage intricate accounts to achieve results and fulfill sales and retention objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and deliver value to clients.
• Lead enduring client relationships with a comprehensive understanding of their goals, priorities, and internal dynamics.
• Communicate effectively and adaptively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Swiftly evaluate complex or ambiguous situations to identify root causes, assess risks, and formulate proactive solutions.
• Utilize sound judgment to prioritize actions, knowing when to escalate, delegate, or take independent initiative.
• Over 7 years of experience in client-facing roles; experience in healthcare benefits or consulting is highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; an MBA or other advanced degrees are also favored.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and achieving strategic outcomes through consultative engagement.
• Strong business and financial acumen is essential.
• Ability to assess risk, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes.
• Proficient in leading complex client discussions, persuading stakeholders, and delivering challenging messages with professionalism and confidence.
• Strong internal collaboration capabilities and experience in guiding cross-functional initiatives.
• Executive presence coupled with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of simplifying complexity and customizing messaging for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with robust project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to support client relationships and business objectives.
