• Overseeing and expanding sales of designated products within a specific geographic area, with responsibility for achieving or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
• Creating and implementing territory business strategies, encompassing clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining reliable relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.
• Providing compliant product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support while ensuring precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory control.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or sales in the medical field OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or sales in the medical field.
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Proven ability to independently manage time and priorities while quickly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Established analytical and organizational skills to evaluate information, recognize priorities, and execute tasks accurately.
• A history of building and nurturing productive relationships with physicians and surgical teams in either a sales or clinical context.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
