This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Overseeing and expanding sales of designated products within a specified geographic area, with responsibility for achieving or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
• Formulating and implementing territory business strategies, which include clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization approaches.
• Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across various hospital departments and care locations.
• Providing compliant product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support while ensuring precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and over 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in the same fields.
• A valid and current Driver’s License.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities autonomously while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Established analytical and organizational skills to evaluate information, identify priorities, and execute tasks accurately.
• A history of building and sustaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical teams in a sales or clinical context.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and presentation abilities, along with working proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
