• Overseeing and expanding sales of designated products within a specified geographic area
• Creating and implementing territory business strategies
• Establishing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers
• Providing compliant product demonstrations and clinical assistance
• Guaranteeing precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation techniques
• Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur
