This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Overseeing and enhancing sales of designated products within a specified geographic region, with the responsibility of achieving or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
• Formulating and implementing territory business plans, which encompass clinical education, customer engagement, and strategies for account prioritization.
• Establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.
• Providing compliant product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support while ensuring precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or sales in the medical field OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• A current and valid Driver’s License.
• Proven ability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective management of people, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Established analytical and organizational skills to evaluate information, establish priorities, and execute tasks accurately.
• A history of building and sustaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in a sales or clinical environment.
• Proficient negotiation, selling, and presentation skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
