This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage the commercial growth relationship for our current customer base
• Drive expansion within existing customers
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities among active customers
• Foster deep client engagement within established accounts
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers
• Oversee commercial engagement for significant cross-sell opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors
• 6–8 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions
• Extensive background in a customer account executive or expansion role
• Strong knowledge of selling AI capabilities
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to create your own sales pipeline
• Capability to sell highly technical, forward-thinking solutions
• Outstanding writing, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
