This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage high-quality inbound leads from marketing initiatives, BDRs, and conferences, qualifying them and converting them into satisfied Popl customers.
• Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline by accurately monitoring and updating opportunities in Salesforce.
• Foster and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to highlight the value of Popl’s solutions.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to strategically position Popl’s offerings.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous enhancement of our sales processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in mid-market sales, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, and others for engaging inbound leads.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to effectively understand and address client needs through Zoom calls, emails, and phone communications.
• Highly motivated and self-driven, exhibiting a strong work ethic and the capacity to work independently.
