• Take charge of the complete 360° sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new logos through outbound prospecting, qualification, solution scoping, customized demos, and closing deals.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of prospects' pain points, challenges, and business goals. Lead buying committees, including C-suite executives, through consultative sales processes.
• Deliver impactful, tailored product presentations and demonstrations that meet specific customer needs and effectively convey Pinpoint's unique value and return on investment.
• Manage negotiations involving procurement, legal, compliance, and pricing to eliminate obstacles and speed up deal closure.
• Build, oversee, and accurately forecast a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using HubSpot, consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly sales targets.
• Self-generate approximately 30% of the pipeline through outbound efforts, executive networking, named-account initiatives, and re-engaging previously lost prospects.
• Represent Pinpoint as a thought leader in the talent acquisition sector, integrating the latest trends and competitive insights into your sales discussions.
• Actively contribute to fostering a high-performance, inclusive sales culture. Share insights, support colleagues, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle Account Executive experience, preferably with a background as a BDR or SDR. Proven success in closing deals over £50K ACV.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting. You can generate pipeline when inbound slows down and do not rely on leads coming to you.
• Experience in HR-tech or a recruiting background is *preferred*.
• Previous experience selling a technically complex product is essential, particularly in configurable, multi-stakeholder environments and winning competitive replacement deals against established incumbents.
• Proficient in stakeholder management. Comfortable building consensus among operational, technical, and executive buyers, and guiding prospects through evaluation and procurement processes.
• Strong pipeline management skills at high volume. Ensure follow-up, forecasting, and deal management remain on track while handling multiple tasks.
• Experience in companies with fewer than 1,000 employees is preferred.
• Technically savvy. Capable of independently learning tools, conducting your own demos, and troubleshooting issues without extensive support.
• Possess gravitas, executive presence, and polished written and verbal communication skills. Able to engage effectively with senior HR and C-suite buyers.
• Based in the UK and willing to travel within the UK 2 to 3 times a month for team meetings and events.
