• Accountable for the promotion and sale of Pace Analytical services within a designated territory, utilizing relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
• Enhances market share through the acquisition of new business and increases wallet share from existing clients in the assigned region.
• Visits client locations to assess needs or promote services as required.
• Maintains customer records utilizing automated systems.
• Engages in negotiations regarding prices or terms of sales or service agreements; provides pricing, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
• Reaches out to new or current customers to discuss how specific products or services can fulfill their needs.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the full range of services offered.
• Delivers complex to specialized analysis, interpretation, and counsel to customers, staff, management, and functional leaders concerning sales policies, programs, and practices.
• Offers guidance and participates in training new Account Executives on effective sales tactics.
• Provides recommendations on product/service features based on analyses of customer needs and technical knowledge of capabilities and limitations to satisfy customer requirements.
• Continuously analyzes and reviews operations, results, feedback, and related sales information to identify trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings, and present results, proposals, and recommendations to customers or management.
• Ensures the accuracy of complex to specialized sales and operational databases, reports, and related information through audits, queries, and operational reviews; collaborates with teams to rectify discrepancies.
• Assists in developing sales or cross-functional project or program objectives, which encompass proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements, receives guidance, and presents information to management; may develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or impact.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, operations, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of customer support experience, including involvement with complex to specialized programs or operations.
• Continued employment is dependent on the maintenance of all required licenses and certificates in an active status without suspension or revocation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Familiarity with principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Complex to specialized understanding of principles, practices, and techniques of sales effectiveness.
• Intermediate to complex ability to resolve sales and customer issues, questions, and concerns.
• Knowledge of various testing tools, equipment, and processes.
• Proficient business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
