This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Take ownership of the entire process from discovery and demonstration to negotiation and closing.
β’ Develop client relationships to enhance usage and promote repeat business and referrals.
β’ Collaborate closely with SDRs, BDRs, and GTM engineers, providing feedback that sharpens targeting.
β’ Engage in targeted outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn) to enhance pipeline coverage.
β’ Maintain an organized pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve conversion, revenue, and growth objectives.
β’ Partner with Product, Marketing, CDX, and Developer Matching to ensure solutions meet client needs.
β’ Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and continuously refine your strategy.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in B2B sales (preferably in tech/SaaS) with a solid track record of closing deals.
β’ Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing accounts at a rapid pace.
β’ Keen qualification skills β effective discovery and quick judgment between relevant and irrelevant signals.
β’ Comfortable with prospecting when necessary (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement).
β’ Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle: qualification, discovery, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
β’ Effective collaboration with SDRs/BDRs β providing constructive feedback to enhance pipeline quality.
β’ Proficient in English (all internal communications are conducted in English).
β’ Experienced with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Notion.
