This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take charge of acquiring new customers through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic selling targeted at banks and credit unions.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers, customizing messaging to fit relevant personas and business objectives.
• Oversee the processes of discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and closure, ensuring deals are driven to completion with a disciplined pipeline approach.
• Collaborate with the partnerships team to utilize strategic partners and inbound referral leads to create new opportunities and finalize business transactions.
• Increase the client base by maximizing partner referrals and establishing new partner-driven entry points within the industry.
• Conduct consistent prospecting through research-driven outreach (calls, emails, and targeted messaging) to build a qualified pipeline.
• Represent Kinective at conferences and industry events to generate leads, enhance relationships, and boost market awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience selling software or technology solutions.
• Experience in banking industry sales, specifically selling to bank and credit union executives (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to rapidly learn complex products and effectively communicate with C-suite stakeholders.
• A proven track record of success, with the ability to articulate achievements with credibility and specific details.
