📋 Description

• Possesses expert knowledge in managing, educating, customizing, and overseeing dental prospect sales cycles that encompass the entire Henry Schein One portfolio, as well as additional equipment and technology utilized in dental practices/organizations, change management, relationship management, imaging, and strategies for growth and acquisition.

• Formulate comprehensive business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

• Provide valuable insights for various solutions (discoveries and demonstrations) to both prospects and existing clients (when applicable) to secure additional revenue.

• Align the needs of dental practices/organizations with Henry Schein One solutions to create and advance sales cycles by utilizing sales methodologies, industry insights, and commercial education.

• Identify new sales opportunities by promoting strategic partnerships and values, while networking with assigned clients through intentional and substantial outbound communication efforts.

• Regularly update and maintain leads and opportunities in the CRM, including tracking sales stages and next assigned task dates.

• Ensure a minimum daily activity level with clients and prospects that results in at least 2 sales opportunities per day (acknowledging that this may not be feasible in all segments).

• Negotiate complex customer sales agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data within Henry Schein One CRM and designated sales tools.

• Provide forecasts of monthly and quarterly sales to leadership.

• Build strong working relationships with Henry Schein Dental sales representatives to promote incremental business for Henry Schein One software solutions.

• Address and resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Practice Management Sales Specialist or Software as a Service (SaaS) Account Executive, with a focus on acquiring new clients.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Understanding of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.

• Exceptional consultative skills related to complex software sales and change management.

• Strong relationship management and strategic partnership capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster relationships.

• Experienced in negotiation and value-based selling techniques.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Keen business acumen, with the ability to engage in high-level business discussions.

• Comfort and proficiency in engaging, demonstrating, and selling to prospects in person at sales events and industry trade shows.
