Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Formulating medium to long-term sales strategies and devising plans to protect, enhance, and diversify client relationships.

• Establishing and maintaining regular communication with assigned clients.

• Addressing issues and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

• Exploring new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.

• Crafting strategies for client retention and growth to foster profitable business with designated accounts.

• Analyzing and reporting on customer retention rates, business opportunities, and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience.

• Background in the Foodservice packaging sector and/or paperboard packaging markets.

• Capability to fulfill the essential functions of the role satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
