Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Formulating medium to long-term sales strategies and crafting plans to safeguard, enhance, and diversify client relationships

• Identifying and overseeing consistent engagement with designated customers

• Addressing issues and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery

• Pursuing new business prospects with both new and existing clientele

• Creating client retention and growth strategies aimed at fostering profitable business with assigned accounts

• Analyzing and reporting on customer retention, market opportunities, and industry trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years in a related field, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience

• Background in the Foodservice packaging industry and/or paperboard packaging sectors

• Capability to perform the essential duties of the role effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation
