This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• The Senior Account Manager is dedicated to the execution and deployment of new business initiatives while fostering relationships to sustain existing accounts.
• Senior Account Managers are tasked with managing equipment levels, engaging with Service Providers, clarifying client needs, maintaining files, and performing necessary administrative and clerical duties.
• This role acts as a bridge between EverDriven and our clients, offering guidance, direction, and feedback to the respective Area Manager, Regional Director, or Senior Management, while also collaborating with EverDriven departments and transportation service providers.
• Implement programs aimed at enhancing service quality, reducing costs, and boosting service productivity.
• Oversee, manage, and ensure the daily service of accounts while vetting and credentialing service providers.
• Recognize and appropriately escalate any potential daily challenges or service deficiencies to management.
• Ensure compliance with the Operational Reference Guide (ORG) under the supervision of the Area Manager, District Director, and/or Senior Management.
• Maintain exceptional customer service skills and uphold consistent, professional communication with service providers, parents, and on-site school personnel.
• Act as a liaison between department/program heads/district executives and the Area Manager.
• Provide training and mentorship to Account Managers while supervising their daily activities and performance as directed by the Area Manager.
• Leverage effective industry skills and capabilities to support our innovative transportation services.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system.
• Establish and sustain open lines of communication with project contractors, community officials, and agency personnel.
• Collaborate with EverDriven departments to create and maintain documentation related to provider information, operations, and safety inspections.
• As a part of regular business operations, employees in this position may access and/or alter electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in compliance with the standards set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work effectively with a diverse array of customers and service providers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks intelligently, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
• Strong proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment.
