This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships
• Strategically plans, develops, and sustains relationships with essential stakeholders
• Ensures timely resolution of issues by facilitating customer relationships
• Conducts quarterly business reviews to assess customer satisfaction
• Leads and coordinates a unified sales strategy with the extended sales team
• Partners with the global sales team for worldwide Equinix platform sales
• Formulates strategic, international account plans
• Recognizes and addresses the business needs and challenges of customers
• Oversees contract renewals and negotiations to secure revenue
• Actively tracks and updates opportunity status within SFDC
• Collaborates with the Opportunity Development Team for lead qualification
• Directs commercial offer and contract negotiation processes
• Provides mentorship to Account Executives and sales professionals
• Preferred 10+ years of experience
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
