This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Engage with prospective lawyers at various levels within law firms, as well as corporate decision-makers, to establish new relationships and create opportunities in designated territories or account sets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to proactively address client needs and effectively position our solutions.
• Execute outbound cold calls and emails.
• Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows.
• Collaborate across functions with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that sales strategies align with broader business objectives and consistently achieve exceptional client outcomes.
• Act as a team player by supporting cross-functional initiatives and taking necessary actions to foster collective success.
• Over 8 years of experience in quota-carrying roles focused on new business development and consultative relationship selling, with a proven track record of success.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with the Legal or eDiscovery industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Experience in persuasive communication and presentations.
• Extensive knowledge of sales and qualification processes (MEDDIC, ValueSelling, etc.).
• Required experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
