This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads and conducting initial outreach to validating technical and business aspects, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Propel new customer acquisition in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway through strategic outbound initiatives, executive introductions, and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide coverage for adjacent Southern European accounts as required by territory priorities.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, thorough research, and executive prospecting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending the challenges and objectives of prospects and customizing solutions and value propositions accordingly.
• Utilize senior-level executive relationships to foster strategic partnerships and create sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and systems integrators to enhance shared revenue and expand reach into targeted accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with customer success teams, sales development, marketing, solution architecture, and technical specialists.
• Partner with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to enhance top-of-funnel activities.
• Proficient in at least one Nordic language—Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish—alongside English.
• Over 10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise clients.
• Skilled in negotiating and closing transformational deals worth seven figures.
• Extensive knowledge in at least two priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Demonstrated history of high performance and consistently surpassing quotas.
• Experience in establishing and sustaining relationships with senior-level executives.
• Familiarity with collaborating alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales processes and achieve shared revenue objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present to C-suite audiences and engage with both technical and non-technical prospects.
• Background in selling complex enterprise-level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments; AI/NLP solutions are preferred.
• Understanding of European data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements as key buying criteria.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a nascent territory without a predefined local strategy.
• Strong technical aptitude and creativity to structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
