Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identifying and engaging key target accounts through outbound prospecting, utilizing CoderPad’s value proposition to meet the goals of our ideal prospects.

• Working alongside Marketing and Customer Success teams to uncover new business opportunities using intent-based tools.

• Adopting a trusted advisor/consultant role with prospects.

• Proposing innovative ideas to enhance our product, processes, and workflows based on customer insights and strategic initiatives.

• Meeting established outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

• Utilizing a value-based selling strategy to impress our buyers!

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SaaS sales roles, including a minimum of 3 years as an Account Executive.

• A proactive, hunter mindset combined with an entrepreneurial spirit!

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, experiment with and define new concepts, and engage executive buyers with creative solutions.

• A collaborative team member who contributes positivity and high energy to the group.

• Familiarity with SalesForce CRM; experience with Gong and Apollo is a plus.
