This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, which includes outbound outreach, discovery, customized demonstrations, scoping, pricing, contract negotiation, and a successful transition to implementation.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to consistently meet and surpass sales quota targets within our target customer profile (community banks and credit unions).
• Create new business opportunities through focused outbound prospecting and relationship-building initiatives.
• Effectively position Bankjoy’s digital banking platform and solutions against competitors in active sales opportunities.
• Navigate intricate buying processes and engage key stakeholders, such as executive leadership and technical decision-makers.
• Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to devise effective strategies for potential clients.
• Comprehend each prospect’s business objectives and position Bankjoy’s solutions as a strategic catalyst for growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Travel to client and prospect sites to deliver presentations, foster relationships, and facilitate deal progression.
• Represent Bankjoy at national and regional conferences, industry events, and trade shows to build the sales pipeline and enhance brand awareness.
• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or in a comparable quota-carrying position.
• Proven success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably within the fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology sectors.
• Established track record of managing pipelines and closing complex, high-value enterprise contracts.
• Strong skills in negotiation, forecasting, and deal management.
• Experience navigating mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly establish relationships with senior leaders and executive decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience presenting to senior management and C-level executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently at different stages of the sales cycle.
• Experience selling to financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.
