This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage intricate enterprise sales cycles from initiation to closure.
• Take ownership of your portfolio with a strong sense of accountability.
• Engage in technical and business-oriented sales discussions with senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executives.
• Assist in defining and optimizing Antithesis’s customer qualification standards and sales procedures as the company grows.
• Act as the customer advocate in product discussions with engineering and product teams.
• Ensure successful customer adoption by effectively communicating value, ROI, and integration aspects.
• Guide new Account Executives and help foster a robust, collaborative sales environment.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance messaging and sales resources based on market insights.
• Possess 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling developer tools or other technical products.
• Show a proven history of surpassing sales quotas.
• Be highly driven, proactive, and confident in managing pipeline development and deal closure.
• Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Flourish in a dynamic startup setting with changing processes.
• Previous experience in Sales Engineering or conducting technical product demonstrations is preferred.
