This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assume responsibility for client relationships.
β’ Assist in the development of proposals.
β’ Proactively oversee budgets and timelines to guarantee smooth delivery.
β’ Produce impactful publications and enhanced content focused on rare diseases.
β’ Participate in a diverse array of projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and digital resources.
β’ Collaborate as part of an account handling team that supports a publications client in the field of rare diseases.
β’ Ensure the successful delivery of projects to a high standard, completing them on schedule and within budget.
β’ Lead smaller projects and contribute to larger initiatives, effectively managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
β’ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, medical experts, and third-party suppliers, cultivating strong, trusted relationships.
β’ Foster account growth and collaboration by engaging in project planning, generating new ideas, and promoting cross-team partnerships.
β’ Previous client services experience within a healthcare communications agency, particularly in publications projects.
β’ A robust academic or professional background in the life sciences.
β’ A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
β’ A collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm for teamwork.
β’ An organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring excellent attention to detail.
