Senior Account Director – Digital Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact.

• Proactively assist clients in identifying and addressing their genuine business challenges.

• Convert clients' business challenges into signed agreements.

• Develop the account team processes to foster an environment of ambition, commitment, and excellence in achieving outstanding outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services, account management, or consulting (either on the agency side or in-house).

• A completed university degree in engineering, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• A strategic mindset coupled with a genuine passion for digital subjects.

• Proficient in English, with very good written and spoken skills in German as a requirement.
