This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serves as the primary account lead with proactive, daily communication with clients.
• Responsible for the flawless execution of multiple large, high-value client projects.
• Ensure that junior team members produce high-quality account management deliverables, including weekly client status reports and meetings, as well as accurate and actionable contact reports.
• Conduct productive and informative project kickoffs, holding all team members accountable for supplying the necessary documentation.
• Ensure that relevant team members are knowledgeable about our clients' Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes, ensuring clean submissions that incorporate previous learnings, and provide MLR solutions to enhance the value proposition for clients.
• Accountable for the overall client budget through proactive, ongoing discussions with the project management team and clients/VP.
• Collaborate with project management to set forecasts and ensure that financial objectives are met or surpassed.
• Able to allocate the right resources at the appropriate times while maintaining profitability.
• Focused on surpassing quarterly and annual financial targets.
• In conjunction with project management, responsible for developing and presenting Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Engage in new business opportunities and participate in pitches.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts.
• At least 5 years of experience on the agency and/or pharmaceutical side is required.
• Experience in multichannel marketing.
• Proven ability to develop, nurture, and expand meaningful client relationships.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying and acting on growth opportunities.
• Exhibits forward-thinking and solution-oriented approaches, both internally and externally.
• A strong understanding of the multidisciplinary team dynamics and the appropriate timing to engage resources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of self-accountability.
• Eagerness to learn, acknowledging that there is always room for growth.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects on schedule while also being involved in new business opportunities or similar tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, combining listening, speaking, and business writing, and knows the right moments to use various communication methods.
