
Senior Account Director, Adult Beverage – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Expand current Adult Beverage accounts while creating additional business opportunities.
• Discover and engage new greenfield accounts to facilitate the growth of the adult beverage sector.
• Secure profitable sales through Neptune’s In-Store, Digital Media, and Digital Incentive offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders to comprehend their business goals.
• Identify and transform new opportunities within established accounts.
• Meet assigned revenue targets and oversee territory performance.
• Prepare and present professional sales presentations utilizing Neptune’s complete toolkit.
• Create client-focused campaign proposals that align with shopper and retailer goals.
• Manage opportunities from proposal stage through execution and renewal.
• Negotiate programs effectively, balancing client needs with company priorities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to progress and finalize opportunities.
• Develop data-driven proposals using Circana, Looker, Salesforce, and internal performance metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within ongoing campaigns (MLOTT recovery, holdovers, extensions).
• Highlight category and seasonal prospects for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate proactive pipeline development with ready-to-launch recommendations.
• Utilize performance results to promote renewals and increased investment.
• Engage with internal teams, including Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Insights.
• Coordinate on campaign setup, timelines, and execution requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of programs.
• Provide updates on forecasting, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and outcomes.
• Identify avenues for continued client investment.
• Maintain precise tracking of the pipeline and forecasting.
• Drive client retention along with revenue growth.
• 8–15 years of experience in sales, account management, or shopper marketing.
• Background in beverage alcohol, CPG, retail media, or shopper marketing is preferred.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue objectives.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation abilities.
• Capability to build relationships with client decision-makers.
• Experience in utilizing data (Circana, Nielsen, IRI, or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent time management and follow-through skills.
