Senior Account Coordinator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of brand merchandise projects from estimation to fulfillment, including estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation for smaller projects.

• Monitor deliverables against established workback schedules, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and record action items from both client and internal meetings.

• Aid in product sourcing, vendor and decoration research, and pricing development by collecting quotes and organizing vendor information effectively.

• Collaborate with vendors regarding production updates, samples, order statuses, and keep precise records in the vendor database.

• Evaluate proofs, mockups, and production samples to ensure quality control standards are met.

• Manage client communications for smaller projects while providing support for larger projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory management and fulfillment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, production, promotional products, or a similar field, with familiarity in vendor management and order execution.

• Fundamental understanding of printing and decoration techniques, vendor sourcing, and production workflows.

• Experience with order management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

• Strong financial understanding, including comfort with pricing, margins, and sales calculations.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and ease in navigating new systems and tools.
