Senior Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of email and production execution, ensuring campaigns are timely and accurate

• Organize both internal and external meetings

• Monitor open projects and facilitate account management initiatives

• Update daily campaigns, conduct follow-ups, and manage account documentation

• Prioritize and oversee multiple digital campaigns concurrently

• Assist in activities that enhance the execution of clients’ marketing strategies

• Deliver error-free work in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Enhance skills in email platforms, project management tools, and other execution-related systems

• Track campaign performance and extract post-launch metrics

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts within the broader Merkle Digital Messaging team to implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and deliver high-quality service to clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in client services or account management within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side marketing department

• Familiarity with both online and offline creative development and production

• Understanding of digital, multichannel, and integrated marketing approaches

• Experience with email deployment platforms

• Proven relationship and client management skills

• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment

• Intermediate level proficiency in Excel

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement tools

• Practical experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous
