This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for prioritized strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and formulate account plans for key strategic accounts.
• Create tailored marketing campaigns that align with specific business objectives and purchasing journeys of accounts.
• Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategies that include digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement, collaborating with various stakeholders and departments.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertising.
• Develop tailored content and messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers within accounts.
• Oversee campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
• Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Field Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Executives to align account strategies.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to produce engaging account-specific assets.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for ABM initiatives.
• Utilize generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.AI) to create personalized, high-performing content for account-based marketing programs; analyze content performance metrics and engagement data to continuously enhance messaging, creative assets, and campaign effectiveness across targeted account segments.
• Assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Utilize intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution.
• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Account-Based Marketing.
• Proven history of generating pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology firms.
• In-depth knowledge of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
