This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete strategy and execution of personalized programs for Superhuman’s key named accounts (typically the top 15-30 accounts).
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executives to formulate customized account plans: investigate account priorities, map stakeholders, pinpoint whitespace, and design tailored engagement strategies.
• Develop highly personalized content and experiences — including custom landing pages, executive briefings, unique direct mail pieces, and customized event invitations.
• Coordinate multi-channel touchpoints (email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, events, gifting, executive outreach) in close alignment with the Sales team.
• Monitor engagement signals at the account level and activate Sales at the appropriate moments to progress the pipeline.
• Design and implement cluster-based programs targeting groups of 10–100 accounts categorized by vertical, company size, use case, or buying stage.
• Create scalable playbooks that can be applied across segments, including messaging frameworks, content maps, and channel sequences.
• Work alongside content and design teams to produce segment-specific assets (industry landing pages, vertical-focused case studies, tailored nurture sequences).
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to sequence outbound and inbound touchpoints for optimal account penetration.
• Define and maintain the target account list in conjunction with Sales leadership and RevOps, utilizing firmographic, technographic, and intent data.
• Develop and sustain account segmentation models (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) to prioritize resource allocation effectively.
• Create the ABX program roadmap aligned with quarterly pipeline goals and sales priorities.
• Participate in the ABX budget allocation process, ensuring that investments are directed towards accounts with the highest likelihood of purchasing and expanding.
• Manage ABX program measurement: establish KPIs, create dashboards, and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
• Conduct regular account-level evaluations with Sales to assess program efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture — execute experiments, document results, and continually optimize strategies.
• Serve as the liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring strong alignment on account priorities, messaging, and timing.
• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure ABX data flows seamlessly through the technology stack (CRM, MAP, intent platforms, ABM tools).
• Partner with Field Marketing on account-specific event strategies and executive programs.
• Work with Product Marketing to ensure ABX messaging accurately reflects current positioning and competitive differentiation.
• 6-9 years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years specifically focused on account-based marketing or ABX.
• Proven experience in managing 1:1 and 1:few ABX programs within a SaaS company, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise sales environment.
• Established track record of influencing pipeline and revenue through ABX initiatives — able to identify specific accounts won or accelerated due to your programs.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams; fluent in sales terminology and knowledgeable about the deal-making process.
• Familiarity with the ABM technology stack: tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Outreach or Salesloft, and intent data platforms.
• Experience with website personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Folloze, or similar) for creating account-specific landing pages and web experiences.
• Experience in building ABX programs from the ground up (rather than merely adopting an existing framework).
• Comprehensive healthcare options (including a wide array of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits).
• Disability and life insurance choices.
• 401(k) and RRSP matching.
• Paid parental leave.
• 20 days of paid time off annually, 12 paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick leave.
• Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, home office setup, and more).
• Annual professional development budget and opportunities.
