This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Take charge of Filigran's global ABM strategy: Define and lead a multi-tiered ABM program (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across EMEA and key global markets β encompassing multi-quarter planning, experimentation strategies, and investment prioritization.
β’ Drive enterprise pipeline: Collaborate with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to identify, score, and activate target account lists β transforming account intelligence into a qualified pipeline and enhanced deal velocity.
β’ Develop and expand personalized programs: Create highly customized campaigns by vertical, persona, and account β including email, paid media, social, events, and direct outreach β with a scalable and repeatable playbook that others can utilize, supported by the entire Marketing team.
β’ Refine organizational processes: Establish and enhance Filigran's approach to ABM β from tooling and data infrastructure to cross-functional workflows involving Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
β’ Align complex stakeholder groups: Act as the connecting force between Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and Leadership β ensuring alignment on account strategy, messaging, and pipeline objectives.
β’ Measure, report, and refine: Own ABM KPIs (pipeline influence, account engagement, deal velocity, win rates), report findings to leadership, and foster continuous improvement through organized experimentation.
β’ Empower and coach: Provide AEs and BDRs with account-specific playbooks, insights, and resources; occasionally mentor other team members on ABM best practices and prioritization frameworks.
β’ Advocate for AI-powered execution: Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance personalization, refine targeting, and drive efficiency throughout the entire ABM process.
β’ 7β10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 4β5 years dedicated to ABM β preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
β’ Established ABM expert with a successful history of managing global or multi-regional programs that produced measurable pipeline results and impacted enterprise deals.
β’ Extensive experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Rollworks), marketing automation (HubSpot), and CRM-based segmentation.
β’ Proven capability to define strategy, enhance organizational processes, and coach others β not just execute campaigns.
β’ Strong track record of aligning complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups, including Sales leadership and executive sponsors.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
β’ Comfortable managing outcomes from start to finish in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment with significant autonomy.
β’ Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity marketing, threat intelligence, or open-source GTM; familiarity with CISO/SOC buyer personas.
β’ Strong interest in AI β adept at utilizing AI-powered tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) to enhance workflows and increase impact.
