This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and improve Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and effective access to essential systems.
• Collaborate with teams from urgent care centers, Operations, People, Finance, and IT.
• Sustain a secure and efficient identity and access management (IAM) framework.
• Design, implement, and uphold IGA frameworks, policies, and access controls.
• Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning, deprovisioning, role modifications, and terminations.
• Deploy and sustain RBAC models and RBAC-based provisioning rules for enterprise and clinical applications.
• Enhance IGA configurations and integrations with Okta, SailPoint, EMRs, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
• Integrate IGA platforms with SaaS applications and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Keep comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, access models, integrations, and configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including user lifecycle management.
• Strong proficiency in IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar tools.
• Experience with IAM solutions like Okta and Microsoft Entra, including their workflows and integrations.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and best practices in cloud security.
• Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Office Environment: Tasks may be performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
• Physical Activity: The role may necessitate the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 15 lbs.). Responsibilities typically involve a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent position changes.
• Travel: Some travel may be required, including trips between Company locations and out-of-town destinations as necessary, up to 10%.
• Safety Equipment: There may be a need for safety equipment for infection prevention.
