• Work in close collaboration with the Art Director and other key stakeholders to produce high-quality character assets.
• Incorporate feedback from the Art Director and stakeholders to enhance assets to their final quality.
• Actively participate in art team meetings, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Model, sculpt, and texture realistic clothing, facial features, and hairstyles.
• Proficiency in creating realistic clothing using tools such as Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, any 3D software, UV tiling, baking, and Substance Painter.
• Skills in creating realistic hair (xGen/manual cards, CG Curve workflows) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
• Advanced knowledge of several major 3D and 2D software packages (3ds Max or Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance) and techniques for characters, creatures, and costumes.
• Strong technical understanding of modern pipelines, clean topology, and polished sculpts.
• Demonstrated ability to transform an approved concept into a refined 3D production level.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a habit of tracking tasks and seeking solutions when necessary.
• A collaborative team player who can handle the repetitive aspects of game production and is willing to take on various roles as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of receiving, interpreting, analyzing, and executing direction and changes from the Art Director and other stakeholders.
• Minimum English proficiency at the B1 level.
