Senior 3D Animator

📋 Description

• Develop visually captivating and lifelike 3D animations for characters and animals.

• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that animations are in line with the project's creative vision and technical specifications.

• Establish and enhance animation pipelines and workflows to maximize efficiency while upholding quality standards.

• Mentor and guide junior animators, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused atmosphere.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the advancement of our projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in the gaming industry or similar fields.

• Proficient in 3D animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

• Strong grasp of character animation principles, including timing and weight distribution.

• Demonstrated ability to produce realistic and engaging animations for characters and/or animals.

• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the ability to meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• A passion for storytelling paired with a sharp attention to detail.

• Familiarity with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.

• Proficient command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Experience with motion capture technology and its application in animations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of facial animation and lip-syncing is an asset.

• Expertise in skinning and rigging characters is a bonus.
