This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and implement photolithography unit processes for cutting-edge memory technologies.

• Conduct material assessments, reticle and layout creation, optical proximity correction (OPC), overlay optimization, and process window evaluations.

• Enhance yield, conduct failure analyses, and optimize device performance.

• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to assess tools and enhance process capabilities.

• Document methodologies, share findings, and assist in the transfer of technology to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering or Technical Degree pertinent to Photolithography and Process Development.

• A B.S. degree with at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor processing, particularly in Lithography, will also be accepted.

• Proven experience in photolithography or semiconductor process advancement.

• Familiarity with process characterization, data analysis, and statistical techniques.

• Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional technical teams.
