Semiconductor Industry Applications Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify industry challenges that can be effectively addressed through visual data science.

• Document necessary data, visualizations, and analyses to tackle these issues.

• Develop analytical applications that enhance and expedite the problem-solving workflow.

• Create documentation on best practices and deliver demonstrations based on these resources.

• Empower our team to utilize these materials to generate interest among potential clients.

• Showcase these solutions and the associated business value at industry conferences.

• Produce collateral that outlines the business value and our unique ability to deliver it.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related scientific field pertinent to our target industries.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics roles (engineer, scientist, researcher) within the Semiconductor manufacturing sector.

• Proven skills in data management, data analysis, and data storytelling.

• Experience with statistical modeling, including proficiency in Python/R and/or specialized tools such as SAS JMP, Minitab, GraphPad Prism, Dataiku, DataRobot, etc.

• Familiarity with specialized tools (vertical applications) frequently utilized in your industry.

• Conversational fluency regarding the data challenges in your industry and the business value derived from resolving them.
