Semi Senior/Senior Ingeniero de Datos – Sector Bancario

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Design and develop data solutions that align with the Data Architecture vision.

• Create and optimize ETLs, ELTs, and APIs for efficient data management.

• Implement testing strategies to validate both functional and non-functional quality.

• Propose continuous improvements in data processes and products.

• Address technical incidents and document solutions in accordance with standards.

• Mentor and assist in the onboarding of new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Experience**

• - Relational and NoSQL databases, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse design.

• - Distributed processing with Hadoop, Spark, and batch/streaming architectures.

• - Development in Python, Scala, or Java, applying Clean Code principles.

• - Building pipelines with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, SSIS).

• - DataOps/MLOps strategies and CI/CD deployment.

• - **Desirable:** Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Big Data, and experience with modern architectures such as Data Mesh or Data Fabric.
