Semi Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming business development inquiries and referrals, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients.

• Organize and draft business proposals, which includes compiling case studies, showcasing capabilities, and customizing content to meet client requirements.

• Direct project management efforts for intricate RFPs, managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder collaboration, and submission logistics.

• Assist in business development functions through CRM management (Pipedrive), tracking prospects, coordinating outreach, and planning conferences.

• Supervise the execution of marketing projects, ensuring that content calendars, newsletters, webinars, and social media initiatives are completed on time.

• Facilitate the development of case studies by collecting performance data and creative materials from internal teams.

• Oversee logistics for PR initiatives, industry award entries, media inquiries, and speaking opportunities.

• Promote process enhancements across marketing and sales operations to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support roles.

• Prior experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitch processes, and new business initiatives.

• Excellent written communication abilities with experience in creating presentations and client-facing documents.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is essential.
