This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the primary decision-making layer for the centralized intake function.
• Oversee the complete triage and qualification process.
• Collaborate directly with leads from business units and pursuit managers.
• Manage resource capacity and assignments for GET.
• Promote accountability throughout the intake workflow.
• Triage, qualify, and route incoming opportunities promptly and effectively.
• Examine the Salesforce watchlist, account information, opportunities, NPR, and case history for incoming pursuits.
• Determine appropriate industry ownership.
• Assess incoming opportunities using the standard qualification framework.
• Utilize cross-industry judgment to score and formulate go/no-go recommendations.
• Analyze simple RFx for requirements.
• Align keywords with Huron capabilities.
• Highlight critical dates and information related to submission requirements.
• Manage the triage matrix logic and the intake routing guide.
• Clearly communicate routing decisions and assignments to the pursuit team.
• Execute the transition from intake to pursuit for assigned opportunities.
• Engage legal agents as necessary.
• Escalate cases to leadership with a well-defined recommendation.
• Maintain and oversee the GET capacity model across various industries.
• Provide regular updates to GET and sales leadership regarding capacity, caseload, and potential risks.
• Review and validate ServiceNow analytics and pipeline reporting packages prior to distribution to leadership.
• Monitor Salesforce case data for precision.
• Track key intake metrics and highlight trends to leadership.
• Create and maintain internal playbooks for the intake workflow.
• Support enterprise sales intake initiatives as required.
• 2–4 years of experience in proposals, pursuit management, or business development operations within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in ambiguous, time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across business units and leadership.
• Experience in managing cross-functional workflows and coordinating efforts across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline tracking systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on several concurrent tasks, often under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
• Capability to work effectively both remotely and as part of a team.
