• Certifications that demonstrate expertise in self-defense techniques relevant to everyday situations;

• Certifications that cover strategies for recognizing and preventing risky situations, along with teaching methods aimed at enhancing personal safety and well-being in urban and daily contexts;

• Experience in providing training within corporate environments;

• A strong passion for educating others and positively influencing their lives, with an emphasis on health and well-being;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
