Segment Marketing Leader – Latam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will design regional strategies based on Siigo's best practices and industry standards.

• You will coordinate the SMO team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the execution of plans.

• You will align the team with the needs and vision of the department, adapting strategies to the specific market conditions.

• You will ensure the measurement, optimization, and learning from regional marketing actions.

• You will maintain effective communication and relationships between the department and its internal customers and suppliers.

• You will thoroughly understand the segments under your responsibility, focusing on achieving objectives (leads and sales for partner teams).

• You will monitor the achievement of goals and the efficient use of the budget allocated to meet these objectives.

• You will design and financially model scenarios to support additional strategies aimed at exceeding objectives.

• You will motivate and lead your team to achieve exceptional results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing strategies (including social media, email, among others).

• Proficient in managing and analyzing business and management indicators.

• At least 1 year of experience leading work teams.

• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools.

• Desirable experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as certifications in platforms like Google Analytics.
