This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and enhance the marketing strategy for the Nurse Practitioner segment, aligning customer needs with business objectives across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop a profound comprehension of the Nurse Practitioner audience by integrating customer research, market and competitive insights, campaign performance, and direct feedback.
• Convert insights into distinct positioning, messaging, offers, campaigns, and lifecycle programs that resonate with Nurse Practitioners and drive measurable growth.
• Spearhead comprehensive, full-funnel strategies in collaboration with channel owners and agency partners across paid search, paid social, CRM and email, SEO, organic social, direct mail, and emerging channels.
• Leverage data on acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, and return on marketing investment to prioritize opportunities, guide testing, and enhance performance.
• Mentor and guide a team of marketing managers and coordinators while fostering alignment across Product, Brand, Analytics, Creative, Operations, channel teams, and business leadership.
• Over 7 years of B2C marketing experience, showcasing a strong history of leading integrated, multi-channel growth initiatives.
• Proven experience in owning the strategy for a specific customer audience, segment, product line, or business area, with accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing, with the capability to guide specialists and agencies without needing to operate in every platform directly.
• Proficiency in utilizing customer research, funnel data, testing results, and financial or performance metrics to inform decisions and prioritize investments.
• Experience in managing and developing team members, establishing clear priorities, and fostering accountability while promoting growth and learning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps within a matrixed environment.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in healthcare, education, professional certification, or another regulated industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Take ownership of a clearly defined customer audience and witness the impact of your strategy on significant acquisition, engagement, and retention results.
• Contribute to shaping a growing segment-led marketing model and develop practices that can be scaled across Colibri Healthcare.
• Lead a team while collaborating with experts across channels, product, analytics, creative, and operations, rather than working in isolation.
• Support healthcare professionals at pivotal moments in their careers through educational initiatives designed to foster their growth and success.
