Security Track Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee Azure infrastructure and governance, which includes managing subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policies, and Entra Connect/cloud synchronization.

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on aspects such as identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation through SAML and OIDC.

• Maintain IAM processes, encompassing provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, covering mailboxes, permissions, licensing, and access controls.

• Oversee endpoints using Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.

• Resolve issues related to identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams on escalations.

• Monitor system health and alerts while supporting security and compliance standards.

• Conduct routine maintenance, including patching and change control procedures.

• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Azure infrastructure, resource groups, and RBAC policies.

• Practical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration, including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO using SAML/OIDC.

• Strong foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows, including provisioning and privileged access management.

• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and security controls.

• Proven ability to oversee endpoints and deployments with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities related to identity, authentication, DNS, and mail flow.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
